The five-body hiller-weeding machine Kerland OK300 is designed for hilling crops, weeding and loosening row spacings. It is aggregated to tractors with a standard three-point linkage system of equipment with a capacity of 22 horsepower.
In the Kerland OK 500 hiller-weeder, row spacing adjustments are provided. They can be installed in the range from 62.5 to 67.5 cm. The required width is fixed by means of fasteners connecting the frame and sections.
The working depth is regulated by means of fasteners, which are located on each section and hold the removable hillers, weeding machines, and rippers. Each element is individually adjustable and fixed. The uniformity of the depth of the entire unit is ensured by support wheels and damping springs on each of the sections.
The special shape of the hillers allows you to create high ridges without damaging the plant root system, and simple adjustments of the hillers wings allow you to change the height of the ridges. So, on the extreme hiller, you can completely bend the wing so as not to fill up the adjacent beds when processing the extreme rows.
